How do I report electric vehicles in SECR?

Company-owned EVs charged at company premises have zero Scope 1 (tailpipe) emissions. The electricity used is Scope 2. EVs charged at employees homes are typically treated as grey fleet (Scope 3, voluntary). Track electricity consumption from EV charging separately if possible.
